Can I make changes or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Email us right away!
We strive to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible, so the sooner you email us, the more likely it is we can accommodate your changes. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes! When you completed your order, you were sent a confirmation email. In this email is a link to create an account. Once you have created an account with us, you can log-in and see the status of your order and even view all tracking updates.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Simply add the listing to your cart prior to checkout.
Please note that you can always add a gift note to the packing slip at no additional cost by leaving a note in the comments section.
What about a gift receipt?
Our packing slips included with each order have everything that the gift recipient will need to exchange their gift. Plus, we do not include any pricing information on our packing slips!
Can I send this order to an address different than my billing address?
Yes. During the checkout process, enter the correct shipping address, and then make sure you click “Use a different billing address” on the payment screen.

Why am I unable to checkout successfully?
Sometimes, our fraud filters accidentally block legitimate transactions. To avoid this, please verify that you have done the following:
- Make sure that the billing information entered matches EXACTLY the information that your bank/card has on file for you. Even small differences in abbreviations (Road vs. Rd, Joe vs. Joseph, etc.) make a big difference in determining whether or not a checkout will be successful.
- Make sure that you have adequate funds in your account to cover the order charge.
- Attempt a different payment method. We accept both PayPal and Amazon Payments, which allow you to enter your card information through a third-party system.
If you see charges pending on your account, but did not receive an order confirmation email or see the confirmation screen, please know that your order was not placed successfully, and the pending charges will drop off your statement in a few business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, & select countries in Europe. Please note that although our packing slips do not contain any pricing information, we must declare accurate pricing values on our customs forms when shipping outside of the US. We are unable to deliver to international PO boxes.
If I am based outside of the United States, will I have to pay duties/taxes before receiving my order?
Most likely. Duties and other taxes are imposed by your local government & collected by the shipping carrier, and we do not have any control over these, and we do not have any way to know how much they are going to be for each order. Please note that when you place an order, you accept responsibility for any import fees that may be imposed. If you choose not to pay these fees, the package will be returned back to us, and the fees & return shipping costs will be deducted from your order refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our items are hand-printed to order here in our studio. This means that you can expect your order to ship within 3-7 business days of placing your order. From there, shipping times vary based on shipping option selected and the destination of the package, but most domestic packages arrive within one to two weeks of the ship date. My package was marked as “delivered” but I never received my order?
Unfortunately, once a package is accepted by the post office (USPS) or shipping carrier (FedEx/UPS) we are no longer liable for the package. In the unlikely event that the package does not reach its intended destination, please file a claim with the respective shipping agency.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!
Will you be adding more products?
We are focused on sourcing the best products our customers, as a result, we are constantly researching and adding new quality products to our store
